Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across AI, quantum, and biotech sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and futurists in prototype development
- Anticipate societal impacts of emerging technologies through trend analysis and scenario planning
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present innovation frameworks at global conferences and executive summits
- Drive patent development for breakthrough technologies with commercialization potential
- Mentor next-generation innovators through our FuturePulse Academy program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in tech innovation or futures planning with Fortune 500 exposure
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized innovations
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks like Delphi or Horizon Scanning
- Portfolio demonstrating published thought leadership on future technologies
