Responsibilities
- Develop 3-year innovation roadmaps aligning with 2026 technology inflection points
- Lead cross-functional pods in prototyping emerging tech solutions (quantum/AI/bio)
- Identify and prioritize $10M+ investment opportunities in frontier technologies
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring 2026 readiness across 12 industry verticals
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Mentor innovation fellows in future-proofing methodologies
- Monitor global tech policy shifts impacting 2026 adoption curves
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or emerging tech leadership roles
- Proven track record delivering 3+ multi-year transformation roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI governance
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA/MS/PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in future-tech journals/conferences
- Experience scaling innovation programs to $50M+ budgets
- Certification in futures methodology (e.g., Foresight, Horizon Scanning)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026-relevant project execution
