Responsibilities

- Drive adoption of AI governance frameworks and ethical technology standards
- Oversee $50M+ R&D portfolio allocation for exponential growth initiatives
- Present annual innovation briefings to C-suite and board of directors
- Mentor next-gen talent through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
- Author industry-defining whitepapers on 2026 tech trends
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in C-suite or VP-level roles
- Proven track record of launching $100M+ revenue-generating innovations
- Deep expertise in at least three exponential technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Published author or keynote speaker at Davos, Web Summit, or similar forums
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 500+ in high-growth environments
- Certification in futures methodology (e.g., CFP, Foresight Practitioner)
