Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap execution for the 2026 product suite.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications.
- Conduct deep-dive market research to identify emerging trends and competitive advantages.
- Mentor and coach a high-performing product management team to foster a culture of excellence.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between engineering, design, and sales teams.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 2 years in a Lead or Strategic capacity.
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-faceted product lifecycles from conception to launch.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies, specifically in AI and SaaS integration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
- A passion for user-centric design and data-driven decision-making.
