Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical systems integrating with existing cloud infrastructure
- Establish quantum security protocols and quantum-resistant encryption frameworks
- Develop quantum error correction methodologies for practical commercial deployment
- Drive R&D initiatives in quantum machine learning and quantum neural networks
- Collaborate with academic partners on quantum hardware-software co-design
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 8+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm development
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, D-Wave)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing
