Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for 2026-era applications
- Develop error-correction protocols and quantum fault-tolerance frameworks
- Create quantum algorithm optimization strategies for real-world problem-solving
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating quantum concepts into production systems
- Research and evaluate emerging quantum technologies (photonic, topological, etc.)
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptographic systems

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing research or architecture development

- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
