Responsibilities
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum computing systems for 2026 deployment targets
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in quantum error correction and coherence optimization
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for industrial-scale applications
- Establish security protocols for post-quantum cryptography infrastructure
- Partner with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors and control systems
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier quantum computing journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm design or quantum hardware architecture
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong background in quantum information theory and many-body physics
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields
- Experience leading technical teams and managing complex R&D projects
