As a key member of our leadership team, you will define the architectural roadmap that drives our digital transformation, focusing on emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Computing, and Edge IoT integration.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap aligned with the 2026 strategic vision.
- Lead architectural reviews for major system integrations and digital initiatives.
- Identify emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Quantum) and assess their applicability to our business model.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with business goals.
- Drive innovation in cloud infrastructure and cybersecurity protocols.
- Mentor engineering teams on best practices for scalability and performance.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or IT strategy.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformations.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks and predictive analytics.
- Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and hybrid infrastructure.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications (PMP, TOGAF, or similar) are highly preferred.
