Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Horizon: Lead the development of comprehensive long-term technology roadmaps aligned with the company's core mission and market opportunities.
- Strategic Foresight: Conduct in-depth research and analysis of emerging trends, including Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Sustainable Tech.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to translate high-level concepts into actionable strategic initiatives.
- Innovation Labs: Prototype and validate future-proof solutions that demonstrate value and feasibility for the 2026 product cycle.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global tech landscapes to identify gaps and opportunities for competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Strategic Expertise: 8+ years of experience in product strategy, technology consulting, or R&D management, with a focus on long-term planning.
- Tech Savviness: Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies (AI/ML, Blockchain, IoT) and their potential business applications.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead diverse teams and influence decision-making at the executive level.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
