Responsibilities
- Provide tier-2 technical support to employees via phone, email, and remote access.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity problems.
- Manage IT inventory and ensure all equipment is properly maintained.
- Install and configure operating systems and applications.
- Assist in the setup and troubleshooting of peripherals and printers.
- Document all incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve internal processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; Associate degree in IT preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk environment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Suite.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
