Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions through 2026-2030 horizons
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for climate resilience and sustainable business models
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create future-state prototypes
- Produce predictive intelligence reports on AI ethics, quantum computing, and bio-integration
- Advise executive leadership on future-proofing organizational strategy
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex foresight into measurable KPIs and implementation roadmaps
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite advisory
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or sustainability topics
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to stakeholders
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS, WFS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-state implementation projects
