Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Analyze global megatrends and disruptors to identify market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and manage a network of external futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership reports on technology convergence and societal impact
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional data storytelling and scenario planning capabilities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing organizational strategy
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
