Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and disruptive technologies to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging tech adoption across enterprise divisions
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Author forward-looking position papers and scenario-planning documents
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify future-disruptive startups
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members
- Curate thought leadership content for industry conferences and publications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Experience working with executive leadership in Fortune 500 environments
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
