Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026-2030 technological disruptions
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AI governance
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy
- Pioneer patent-able solutions in climate tech, neuro interfaces, or space commerce
- Host quarterly 'Future Fora' with global thought leaders and venture capitalists
- Author white papers on ethical AI deployment and human-machine symbiosis
- Mentain an 'Innovation Radar' tracking 200+ emerging startups and research labs
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ published foresight frameworks or scenario-planning projects
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AGI, etc.)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on technology transition strategies
- Proficiency in forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Published thought leadership in Nature Futures, MIT Tech Review, or equivalent
- Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin for global stakeholder engagement
- Validated track record of predicting market shifts (with public documentation)
