Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging risks and opportunities in next-generation technologies
- Produce annual Future State Reports with quantitative and qualitative trend analysis
- Design innovation pipelines targeting disruptive markets with 5+ year horizons
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track organizational adaptation metrics
- Advocate for ethical innovation principles in all strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Experience with AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotechnology trend assessment
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
