As a key member of our Global Strategy Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives and leading researchers to navigate technological disruption, sustainability imperatives, and shifting consumer behaviors. Your insights will directly shape multi-billion-dollar investment decisions and product roadmaps.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, climate tech, biotech convergence) and quantify their impact on business horizons through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 3-5 year strategic windows using predictive modeling and foresight methodologies
- Produce quarterly Horizon Scan reports synthesizing cross-industry signals from 50+ data sources
- Lead executive workshops to translate future insights into product development and market entry strategies
- Establish KPIs for measuring organizational readiness for 2026 technological and societal shifts
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures-thinking practices and innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes (portfolio of published forecasts required)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario development frameworks
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI trajectories)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience to Fortune 500 audiences
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent analytical rigor
