Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 strategic foresight frameworks through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Produce quantitative impact assessments on emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Design and publish annual 'Future State' reports with predictive modeling
- Partner with R&D teams to align innovation pipelines with long-term market trajectories
- Mentor junior futurists and curate knowledge-sharing ecosystems
- Represent FutureVision at global industry forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic consulting, innovation, or futurism roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, neurotech) and societal implications
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., WFS, Sohonet) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ published future scenarios with measurable business impact
