Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to forecast 2026 industry landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for long-term business resilience
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities and threats
- Produce executive-ready trend reports with actionable recommendations for C-suite decision-making
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Integrate foresight insights into product roadmaps and corporate strategy
- Mentor junior innovation team members in advanced strategic methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of delivering foresight insights that drove organizational change
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into narratives
- Experience facilitating executive-level scenario planning workshops
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Strong proficiency in foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method, etc.)
