Responsibilities
- Analyze and predict global mega-trends (tech, climate, economic) through 2026 horizon scanning
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for enterprise resilience in volatile futures
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state blueprints
- Produce strategic white papers and trend briefs for Fortune 500 clients
- Design and validate innovation roadmaps with quantifiable ROI projections
- Partner with AI/quantum research teams to integrate emerging technologies
- Represent the company at global foresight forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite advisory
- Proven track record of publishing trend reports or scenario-planning frameworks
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Experience advising Fortune 500 or government entities on future strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ long-range strategic initiatives implemented
