Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate resilience
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align departments on future-ready initiatives
- Produce strategic whitepapers on societal impacts of biotech and automation
- Partner with R&D to prototype 2026-ready products and services
- Build a network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Present future scenarios to investors and board members with data-driven narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: quantum, AGI, synthetic biology, climate tech
- Proven track record of translating future insights into executable business strategies
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex futures
- Certification in Futures Thinking or similar (e.g., WFS certification)
