- Identify disruptive technologies requiring R&D investment or partnership
- Collaborate with product teams to embed future-readiness into roadmaps
- Represent company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of trend analysis published in industry journals
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) for trend mapping
- Experience with Delphi method or similar expert consensus techniques
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (blockchain, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
