Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks through trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and emerging risks
- Produce executive-ready future-state reports and strategic recommendations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and industry disruptors
- Design and implement innovation pipelines for next-gen technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Mentor leadership teams on future-proofing methodologies and adaptive strategies
- Present strategic visions to stakeholders and boards with compelling data-driven narratives
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario modeling and trend forecasting
- Strong track record of translating future insights into executable business strategies
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption or future trends
- Experience working in high-growth tech or Fortune 500 environments
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFCS, APF) preferred
