Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision framework through trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead research initiatives on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal impacts
- Partner with executive leadership to align organizational goals with future market opportunities
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops for C-suite and board members
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and strategic briefings for stakeholders
- Monitor global signals and disruptors to refine strategic priorities
- Build thought leadership through industry speaking engagements and published insights
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or innovation consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic planning
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
