Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic recommendations
- Produce quarterly foresight reports identifying disruptive technologies, market shifts, and societal transformations
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to embed future-readiness into innovation pipelines
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and global innovation hubs
- Present strategic vision to executive stakeholders and board members using compelling narratives
- Maintain a dynamic knowledge base of emerging technologies and their potential business impacts
- Champion future-focused culture initiatives across all organizational levels
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, futurism, or innovation strategy with documented impact
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Track record of developing and implementing successful future-focused strategies
