Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global megatrends, technological disruptions, and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop and present multi-scenario strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market positioning
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and disruptive business models
- Partner with R&D and product teams to integrate future insights into development roadmaps
- Design and facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing strategies and organizational adaptation
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, trend analysis, or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and long-range strategic modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills to translate complex future concepts into compelling narratives
- Experience facilitating C-level strategy sessions and influencing executive decision-making
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation publications preferred
