Responsibilities
- Analyze global mega-trends (AI, biotech, climate tech) and translate insights into 5-10 year strategic frameworks
- Develop horizon-scanning methodologies to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-state solutions
- Present strategic foresight to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work and societal transformation
- Integrate foresight into product development lifecycle and corporate strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial or social impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning, backcasting)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, neurotech)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
