Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive research on emerging technologies, societal shifts, and industry disruptors
- Develop and present long-term strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to integrate futuristic insights into innovation pipelines
- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Author high-impact thought leadership publications and conference presentations
- Monitor and evaluate global signals affecting future business environments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Strategy, Technology Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record developing and implementing multi-year strategic initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight or scenario planning (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
