Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026-2030 strategic vision across 5 emerging technology verticals
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype and validate disruptive innovations
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and DARPA
- Develop predictive models for market disruption and societal transformation
- Present strategic roadmaps to the board and investor community
- Mentor a team of 12 futurist researchers and innovation strategists
- Author annual 'State of 2026' white papers for industry publication
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or major tech publications
- Expertise in at least 3 of: quantum computing, bioengineering, AI ethics, or climate tech
- Proven track record of scaling innovation from concept to market impact
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant discipline
- Fluency in strategic scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP)
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding or venture capital
- Public speaking at TED, Davos, or equivalent global forums
