Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026-2030 strategic foresight frameworks for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-state solutions
- Author annual 'Horizon Reports' on societal and industry disruptions
- Establish ethical guardrails for exponential technology adoption
- Design and implement scenario-planning methodologies for board-level decision-making
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists
- Pioneer partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future studies
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into actionable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., AGI, climate tech)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board audiences
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., from APF or WFS)
- Published thought leadership on future trends (articles, books, or reports)
