Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support via phone, email, and remote access tools.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for internal and external clients.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate complex tickets efficiently.
- Conduct routine system checks to ensure network stability and security compliance.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hardware deployments.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Familiarity with remote connectivity tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.) is a plus.
- High school diploma or GED required.
