Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all technical interactions and ticket resolutions.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of workstations and peripherals.
- Monitor system performance and alert the team to potential issues before they escalate.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement security patches and updates.
- Ensure strict adherence to company IT policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Information Technology or related field is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Suite.
- Familiarity with network troubleshooting concepts and basic hardware maintenance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tickets simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
