Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, Data Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend forecasting methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience translating complex insights into actionable strategies
- Experience leading high-impact strategic initiatives across global organizations
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., from WFS or APF)
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic frameworks implemented at scale
