- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future-state scenarios
- Produce annual 'Future State Briefings' for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to prototype 2026+ solutions in our Innovation Labs
- Establish global foresight networks with academic institutions and policy bodies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology strategy
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate tech trajectories
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into executable business strategies
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
