Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic planning with 5+ in executive leadership
- Proven track record scaling technology initiatives to $50M+ budgets
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI, AR/VR)
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or related field
- Strong financial modeling and budget management skills
- Published thought leadership in technology strategy publications
