Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026-focused innovation roadmaps aligning with emerging technological and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future-facing solutions across AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Establish strategic partnerships with industry disruptors and academic institutions to co-create 2026-ready frameworks
- Analyze global trend data to identify opportunities and risks in the 2026 technology landscape
- Drive organizational adoption of innovation methodologies through executive-level advisory
- Manage R&D budget allocation for forward-looking initiatives with 5-year impact horizons
- Present future scenarios to C-suite stakeholders to inform long-term corporate strategy
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic innovation, product development, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) with 2026 application focus
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field required
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-focused initiatives launched since 2020
- Certification in Innovation Management or Futures Studies strongly preferred
- Experience scaling innovation teams in high-growth technology environments
