- Drive R&D initiatives with $10M+ annual budget allocation
- Forge strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and academic institutions
- Present innovation frameworks to board of directors and investors quarterly
- Mentor senior engineers and product leads in future-facing methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or tech leadership
- Proven track record launching market-defining products post-2020
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Experience with enterprise-level innovation frameworks (Lean Startup, Design Thinking)
- Strong financial acumen for multi-million dollar budget management
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents, journals, keynotes)
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for C-suite audiences
