Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or consulting with proven track record of scaling transformative solutions
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (generative AI, Web3, sustainable tech) and their 2026 commercialization potential
- Exceptional leadership experience directing cross-functional teams through complex innovation cycles
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate market research into actionable strategic plans
- Experience building innovation frameworks and managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Track record of launching products/services that achieved $50M+ revenue or market disruption
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology; MBA preferred
