You'll lead cross-functional initiatives while maintaining a pulse on global tech trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive landscapes that will define the next-generation digital economy.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation strategy aligned with 2026 technological milestones
- Lead market research and competitive analysis for emerging tech domains
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with business objectives
- Manage a $50M+ innovation portfolio and R&D resource allocation
- Represent the company at global tech summits and industry forums
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile innovation methodologies
- Establish KPIs to measure ROI of futuristic technology investments
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic tech leadership with 5+ in innovation or R&D roles
- Proven track record launching disruptive technologies to market
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Experience managing global innovation teams and cross-cultural partnerships
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation strategy
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and portfolio management
- Certified in Agile/Scrum and innovation frameworks (e.g., Design Thinking)
