Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical vision with business objectives.
- Lead the architectural transition to ensure future-proof scalability and resilience.
- Oversee the integration of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning workflows into core business operations.
- Manage cross-functional teams to drive product development and deployment milestones.
- Conduct rigorous risk assessment and security auditing to prepare for emerging digital threats.
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the success of technology initiatives and ROI.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Software Engineering and Technical Leadership.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure projects with a focus on scalability and cloud architecture.
- Deep expertise in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and predictive data analytics tools.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead teams through complex transitions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
