Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic frameworks by synthesizing global trends in AI, biotechnology, and sustainable energy
- Lead scenario-planning initiatives for disruptive market shifts and regulatory landscapes
- Coordinate with R&D teams to align innovation pipelines with future market demands
- Present strategic blueprints to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry think tanks
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging paradigms
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Published author or keynote speaker at global futurist conferences
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., APF, WFSF) strongly preferred
