Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive 2026 trend analysis frameworks across technology, consumer behavior, and global markets
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize future insights into actionable business strategies
- Produce quarterly horizon scanning reports with data-driven predictions and scenario planning
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present future outlooks to C-suite executives and board members
- Design and implement organizational change initiatives to prepare for 2026 workforce shifts
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of foresight across the organization
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready business strategies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS) or related credential
- Published thought leadership on future trends or innovation
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning tools
