Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of launching future-facing initiatives (2020-2025)
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Experience with scenario planning and long-term trend analysis
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology preferred
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CPSI) a plus
