Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap spanning AI, quantum, and sustainable tech domains
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' teams to incubate and scale moonshot projects from concept to prototype
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups to accelerate innovation
- Present technology visions and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure innovation pipeline success and technology ROI
- Foster a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking across engineering teams
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with proven track record in emerging tech adoption
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech systems
- Experience developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep understanding of technology commercialization cycles and market disruption patterns
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with ability to articulate complex visions to diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- Certification in innovation management or technology strategy (e.g., CDIO, CTO School) preferred
