Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in tech R&D with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in securing $5M+ in innovation funding
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, biotech)
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals
- Experience with agile development in regulated industries (FDA, DoD)
- Strong patent portfolio with 5+ granted patents
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP)
