Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech strategy

- Expertise in quantum computing principles and quantum-resistant cryptography
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices for complex systems
- Demonstrated success in securing $10M+ R&D funding or budgets
