- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology foresight database with predictive modeling capabilities
- Design innovation pipelines for next-gen consumer and enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic concepts into actionable development plans
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and patent strategy development
- Represent company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior innovation specialists in futuristic methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic innovation or technology R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Published research in technology forecasting or peer-reviewed journals
- Strong analytical skills with experience in trend analysis and scenario planning
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication ability
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management (e.g., CFTE preferred)
