Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical assistance to end-users via phone, email, and in-person support.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Perform routine system maintenance and updates.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all support tickets and resolutions.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to improve service delivery.
- Assist with the deployment of new devices and software.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a helpdesk or technical support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot common network connectivity issues.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends as needed.
