Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology foresight frameworks analyzing AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and policy teams
- Produce strategic white papers and scenario models for Fortune 500 clients
- Curate annual Future Horizons Summit featuring global thought leaders
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through federal and private partnerships
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Leaders program
- Integrate ethical AI governance frameworks into all innovation pipelines
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Future Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy with Fortune 100 companies
- Published author in peer-reviewed foresight journals (e.g., Futures Research Quarterly)
- Expertise in scenario planning using Delphi and Horizon Scanning methodologies
- Track record of launching 3+ breakthrough technologies to market
- Security clearance or ability to obtain one for government collaborations
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/R preferred)
- Speaking experience at Davos, TED, or equivalent forums
