Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for AI governance, quantum computing applications, and climate-positive infrastructure
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of futurists, engineers, and policy experts
- Identify emerging tech disruptions and create mitigation/adoption strategies
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration
- Present findings to C-suite executives and industry consortiums
- Establish innovation KPIs for 2026 technological milestones
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Published research in quantum computing, AI ethics, or climate technology
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neurotech, or carbon capture tech
- Track record of influencing national technology policy or corporate innovation
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies preferred
- Proven ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
