Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology forecasts for AI, quantum computing, and biotech sectors
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging threats and opportunities
- Design strategic roadmaps for exponential technology adoption
- Partner with product teams to commercialize futuristic solutions
- Present insights to executive stakeholders and venture partners
- Curate thought leadership content at global tech summits
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Published research in exponential technologies or futures studies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, synthetic biology
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in relevant field (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning abilities
- Experience with technology adoption lifecycle models
